Flush your Brake fluid regularly!

What Parts does the Brake Fluid pass through?

The brake fluid originates in the master cylinder, which is typically located in the engine compartment of the car. Brake fluid then passes through a series of brake lines, which are essentially pipes that connect the master cylinder to the wheels. At the wheels, the brake fluid enters the brake calipers, which contain a piston and a pair of brake pads. The piston is actuated by the hydraulic pressure generated by the master cylinder, forcing the pads to come into contact with the rotor and create the friction needed to stop the car. The brake rotors are flat metal discs attached to the wheel hubs. They work in conjunction with the brake pads to slow and stop the car by converting kinetic energy into heat energy through friction.

If you neglect to replace your brake fluid at appropriate intervals, it will undergo a decline in quality, leading to reduced efficiency and longer braking periods. Additionally, the fluid's deterioration can generate air pockets and bubbles, adding to the difficulty of bringing your automobile to a full halt.

Moisture can build up in the fluid which ruins braking efficiency, increases the corrosion of brake system components and can cause total brake failure.

Clean brake fluid not only protects your safety it also prolongs the life of your braking system components by preventing corrosion.
